Trained with The Family Planning Association, Kinsey, and more. Always striving to never stop learning about human sexuality.

She uses an integrated approach that merges person cantered therapy, holistic sex coaching methods, and pelvic floor biomechanics.

In her spare time, you can find her walking in nature, connecting with the world through mindfulness, and trying not to fall out of trees when climbing.
